CoFi (Construction Finance Corporation) is a technology enabled construction finance business lending to small and medium sized residential developers in the US. CoFi competes with traditional banking institutions, transforming a historically paper based lending and servicing process to a software-enabled solution that incorporates origination, data driven underwriting, draw request verification, approvals and electronic payment. CoFi’s software and funds control service is also sold to third parties, typically community banks and credit institutions, who use it to improve the servicing of construction loans.
